Top Professions For Raiding & Gold-Making In WOW Season Of Discovery Phase 2
We will be discussing the most optimal professions to pursue during Phase 2 in Season of Discovery. Our focus will be divided into 2 key aspects. Firstly, we will delve into raiding professions, providing insights on how to efficiently min/max and parse for raids for those inclined towards that aspect of gameplay.
Following that, we will shift our emphasis to gold-making, as this topic encompasses a broader spectrum, warranting a more extensive discussion due to the various lucrative avenues for WoW SOD Gold.
Raiding Professions
So, the very first thing I want to talk about is raiding professions. The best raiding professions that you are going to want to have are going to be Engineering and then the Crafting profession for whatever BoP epic piece of gear you’re going to want to use.
Now in Phase 1, that is going to be Extraplanar Spidersilk Boots as a tailor for a Mage character. I’d imagine that they’re going to either upgrade these and keep them going further in Phase 2, like I’d imagine just has an upgrade that makes them even better, or they might have a completely newer one, which would be very interesting.
But given that they’re unique, equip one, void-touched, I’d imagine that we’re just going to upgrade them as we go throughout the patches. But as an example, so my Mage is Tailoring, and then it will be Engineering. Engineering with whatever is going to be the best because Engineering just brings so much utility – bombs, dynamites, just so much extra damage. So getting your Abyss epic and then having the bombs and stuff is going to be best for raiding.
Gold-Making Professions
Next, I want to talk about WoW Classic SOD Gold Maker. So, the best goldmaking profession are probably going to be Tailoring and then Enchanting, or more importantly, Disenchanting. You can disenchant anything in WoW Classic Season of Discovery at a Level 5 bank tune. So that is a very popular thing you can do. You can have, like, as my Mage is a Tailor, I could have enchanting on my Level 5 bank tune, and then it can disenchant everything I could make and then send that to that character.
So that’s a very popular method to do with this. I believe Tailoring and Enchanting will be really good because one, everything drops Cloth, so tons of Humanoids that we’re going to be killing in Phase 2, and then we can craft that into things and buy WoW Gold SOD.
Specifically, one of the best things to get is a White Bandit Mask. It’s very rare. I got it from Fishing, I got incredibly lucky with this. But it will allow me to print a ton of money in Phase 2 by simply making these and sending them to disenchant all the stuff, which will be really amazing. And I’m super glad that I was able to get this.
But definitely check your auction houses. If you can snag this for a couple of SOD Gold, definitely would recommend it because it will pay dividends, because we’re going to be locked at 40 and 225 Enchanting, and that’s where the mats are.
So we’re going to be getting a lot of that good dust – Vision Dust, Dream Dust, Small Radiant Shards, as well as the Nether Essences. So just a really good spot for that helm and the stuff that you’re going to be needing to get the best enchants because everyone’s going to be trying to min/max and be sweaty, just as Classic is with raiding.
Then the next one is going to be herb and Alchemy. It is going to be a huge money printer all of WoW Classic. If you’re out there getting the herbs, getting that stuff, you’ll definitely pop off. There are people that have a lot of consumables that you’re going to be wanting.
A few to really focus on are definitely going to be these agility potions, Elixir of Agility. I think these will be a great seller because it’s kelp, Goldthorn, and Rose. Warriors, Hunters, all are going to be using these to do their damage, and those are the 3 most popular classes right now because they do the most damage. So the big one, big seller, is going to be Elixir of Agility to focus your Alchemy at.
But Alchemy, same reason for Enchanting, everyone needs it, everyone’s going to be using it, and everyone cares about parsing and raiding. Now, that’s just kind of the meta of WoW SOD. I don’t think it’s necessary.
There’s a vast majority of the population that does care about that, does min/max, does gate keep like that. So people are going to be wanting full consumes. They’re going to be wanting those enchants. And it gives you an amazing opportunity to sort of profit on it.
