The Block has confirmed the passing of ‘Arctic King’ Jon-Jeremy Bradey at the age of 42. Remembered as a ‘dedicated husband, father, and friend,’ he is celebrated as one of the industry’s ‘heroes.’
The cast and crew of The Block are in mourning following the loss of one of their cherished members, Jon-Jeremy Bradey from A Plus Enterprises.
According to reports from the Herald Sun, the pool specialist, affectionately known as Jon Jon to friends, had been part of the popular series for multiple seasons before his passing on October 14 at the age of 42.
The Block paid tribute to the ‘Arctic King’ Bradey at the conclusion of an episode, displaying a photo of the tradesman donning a tuxedo with a black bow tie. The caption read, “In Memory of Jon Jeremy Bradey, 1980-2022.”
Recognized for his work on Kirsty and Jesse’s property during the 2021 season, as well as his contribution to Josh and Luke’s pool in the same season, Bradey was a renowned figure in the construction industry, earning the moniker “Mr. 1 percent” for his impeccable precision.
Described as a devoted father and friend, Bradey’s respected legacy extended beyond his professional accomplishments. His wife, Candice Howman, expressed profound gratitude for the overwhelming love and support from her late husband’s circle of friends.
A funeral for the revered industry figure took place in Narre Warren North on Monday, leaving behind his wife, Candice, and their three children, Anileese, Amelia, and Kobe, to cherish his memory.
