Getting a home with a price range of around ₹42 Lacs – ₹94 Lakhs with all the amenities offered was perfect value for money. By Looking at the house and we got Bike and Car Parking in a solid Apartment was a good deal. Gated Security and various facilities were provided by the builders.
2. Close To The Airport
The Apartment is close to Chennai International Airport and to my father’s house. My father always has to travel places so it’s also convenient for him to travel without any hassle.
3. All The Amenities
The Navin’s Hillview Avenue has a huge clubhouse and Gym for the society members and having all these conveniences made my father invest in the property.
