HAC Aldine
Aldine ISD has introduced a new parental portal, HAC Aldine, facilitating easy access to students’ academic information. To set up a HAC Aldine account, simply answer the Challenge Questions and follow the subsequent email instructions to complete the registration process. The email will provide your login details for accessing student information via the Aldine Home Access Center.
Please Note: Ensure that your email is registered with your child’s school to create a HAC account.
What Can You Do With HAC Aldine?

- The Home Access Center Upon accessing the HAC Aldine web page, you’ll encounter an interface providing access to students’ grades, courses, classwork, attendance, report cards, transcripts, and more.
The Home Access Center Menu serves as the primary navigation hub, featuring tabs such as Home, Attendance, Classes (classwork and schedule), Grades, Registration, and User Options.
- Guardian of Multiple Students? If you’re responsible for more than one student, the platform allows you to seamlessly switch between students with a simple click. Select the Change Student option to switch to the desired student’s information.
- Attendance Month View Page To monitor your child’s attendance patterns, you can view their monthly attendance on the Month View page. Access the attendance records by clicking on Attendance > Month View.
You can navigate between months using the >> and << arrows located at the top.
- Calendar Page The Calendar page within the Aldine Home Access Center provides a monthly overview of the student’s Class Assignments, Class Events, and Activity Events.
Access the Calendar Page by clicking on the Home > Calendar tab. You can filter the displayed content based on your preferences.
- Classwork Page The Classwork Page allows you to review all student assignments and corresponding scores provided by teachers and instructors. Visit the Classwork Page by clicking on Classes in the Home Access Center menu.
You can view assignments using various sorting options, including by Class, Competency, or Due Date. Additional features on the Classwork Page include coursework details, attachments, and assignment specifics.
- Demographic Page The Demographic Page comprises essential personal information about the student, such as name, birth date, gender, language, grade, and teacher. Update this information by clicking the Edit button and selecting Save.
Access the Demographic Page by clicking the Registration tab on the Home Access Center menu.
- Interim Progress Report Page Explore the Interim Progress Report (IRP) page to access the student’s latest academic progress report. The IRP provides detailed information about the student’s course performance, including Course Name, Course Description, Class Periods, and Room details. Access this page via the Grades tab.
- Report Card Page Review the most recent Report Card to gain insights into your child’s academic performance, including grades, attendance records, and enrolled courses.
The grading scale on this page helps parents interpret the significance of each grade in terms of the overall percentage.
- School Links Page The School Links Page provides access to various resources beneficial for both you and the student. Click on any clickable text to be redirected to the associated resource.
Access the School Links Page by clicking Home > School Links on the HAC menu.
- Test Scores Page The Test Scores Page is a highly sought-after feature for parents. It offers comprehensive insights into the students’ performance, particularly regarding graded tests and examinations.
The page displays detailed information about each test, including the test date, scores, and the test itself.
Access the Test Scores Page by clicking on Grades > Test Scores.
- Transcript Page The Transcript Page presents the student’s academic performance history, encompassing both past and current achievements.
You can review the list of completed courses, credits, scores, GPA, and grades. Personal information such as the student’s birth date and phone number is also available on this page.
The Transcript Page allows you to organize results by courses, Term, Report Card Run, Year, and Subject Area.
Access the Transcript Page by clicking on Grades > Transcript on the HAC menu.
- Week View Page The Week View Page provides a comprehensive overview of Attendance, Scheduling, Discipline Incidents, Course Averages, and Assignments. Organized on a weekly basis, it offers information about the ongoing and previous weeks, along with class schedules.
Easily access the Week View Page by clicking the Home button on the portal.
- My Account The My Account tab provides a detailed overview of your account on HAC Aldine. Within this section, you can view your personal information, modify your username or password, and perform other account-related actions.
Access the My Account tab by hovering over your username on the HAC Aldine portal and selecting My Account.
